By downloading, installing, or using TabTidy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
TabTidy is a Safari Web Extension with an iOS companion app that provides:
TabTidy is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) available at apple.com/legal.
You agree not to:
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or tab information, arising out of your use of the App.
The App interacts with your open Safari tabs. While we take care to handle tab data responsibly, the developer is not responsible for any unintended tab closures or data loss resulting from the use of the App's tab management features (such as duplicate removal or group deletion).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us via GitHub Issues.
