EyeCare（以下「本アプリ」）は、20-20-20ルールに基づく目の休息を支援し、端末内のカメラとオンデバイスAIによってまばたきを検出するアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが情報をどのように扱うかを説明します。

1. 基本方針：すべて端末内で処理します

本アプリのまばたき検出・画像解析は、すべてお使いの端末内（オンデバイス）で完結します。カメラ映像や目の画像が、本アプリによって外部サーバーへ送信・アップロードされることはありません。

2. カメラの利用

• 本アプリは、まばたきを検出するためにカメラを使用します。
• 取得した映像は端末内のAIモデルで解析され、解析はメモリ上で行われます。
• カメラの利用には、OSの許可（カメラへのアクセス）が必要です。許可はいつでも設定から取り消せます。

3. 顔データの取り扱い

• 本アプリは、まばたき検出のためにカメラ映像から顔・目の位置（顔検出、目のランドマーク座標）をリアルタイムに解析します。これはApple純正のVision frameworkによって端末内で行われます。
• この解析は、目が開いているか閉じているかを判定する（Eye Aspect Ratioの計算）目的にのみ使用されます。それ以外の用途（本人特定、認証、広告、分析、第三者への提供など）には一切使用しません。
• 顔・目の座標データは、1フレームを処理する間だけメモリ上に一時的に存在し、処理直後に破棄されます。ディスクへの保存、ログへの記録、外部への送信は行いません。
• 保存されるのは、まばたきの検出結果（日時・検出有無・信頼度スコアのみ）であり、顔画像や顔の座標データそのものは含まれません。この検出結果はおおむね30日で端末内から自動削除されます（第4項参照）。
• 本バージョンのアプリに、カメラ画像や目の画像を保存する機能は存在しません。（過去のバージョンに存在した開発者向けの学習データ収集コードは削除されました）

4. 端末内に保存される情報

本アプリは、機能提供のために次の情報を端末内にのみ保存します。サーバーには保存しません。

• アプリの設定・環境設定
• 20-20-20サイクルの履歴、まばたきイベントの記録（日時・検出有無・信頼度スコアのみ。画像は含まれません。おおむね30日で自動削除）

5. ネットワーク通信

• 本アプリが行う唯一のネットワーク通信は、オンデバイスAIモデルのダウンロード（初期セットアップ時など）です。
• このダウンロードに、あなたの個人情報や画像が含まれることはありません。

6. 第三者提供・トラッキング・広告

• 本アプリは、個人情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。
• 行動追跡（トラッキング）、広告SDK、解析SDKによる個人データの収集は行いません。
• アカウント登録は不要です。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではなく、お子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

8. あなたの権利

端末内に保存された情報は、本アプリを削除することでいつでも消去できます。

9. 本ポリシーの改定

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページで告知します。

EyeCare ("the App") helps you rest your eyes using the 20-20-20 rule and detects blinks using your device's camera and on-device AI. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Privacy by design: everything is processed on your device

All blink detection and image analysis happen entirely on your device (on-device). The App never sends or uploads camera frames or eye images to any external server.

2. Camera use

• The App uses the camera to detect your blinks.
• Captured frames are analyzed in memory by an on-device AI model.
• Camera use requires the operating system's permission, which you can revoke at any time in Settings.

3. How the App handles face data

• To detect blinks, the App analyzes camera frames in real time to locate your face and eyes (face detection and eye landmark coordinates), using Apple's built-in Vision framework, entirely on your device.
• This analysis is used solely to calculate the Eye Aspect Ratio and determine whether your eyes are open or closed. It is never used for identification, authentication, advertising, analytics, or shared with any third party.
• Face and eye coordinate data exists only transiently in memory while a single frame is being processed, and is discarded immediately afterward. It is never written to disk, logged, or transmitted.
• The App only stores the resulting blink-detection outcome (timestamp, whether a blink was detected, and a confidence score) — never the face image or coordinate data itself. This record is automatically deleted after about 30 days (see Section 4).
• This version of the App contains no capability to save camera frames or eye images. (The developer-facing training-data collection code that existed in earlier versions has been removed.)

4. Information stored on your device

To provide its features, the App stores the following only on your device — never on a server:

• App settings and preferences
• 20-20-20 cycle history and blink-event records (timestamp, whether a blink was detected, and a confidence score only — no images. Automatically removed after about 30 days)

5. Network use

• The only network connection the App makes is to download the on-device AI model (for example during initial setup).
• This download never includes your personal information or images.

6. No third-party sharing, tracking, or ads

• The App does not sell or share personal information with third parties.
• The App does not use cross-app tracking, advertising SDKs, or analytics SDKs that collect personal data.
• No account is required.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at any specific age group and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your rights

You can remove all locally stored information at any time by deleting the App.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
